Banking App not working

Having previously had no issues, the banking app no longer seems to work. Using mobile data, I get signed out just as I sign in and on wifi I can'tt even transfer money between my accounts. This is hugely inconvenient. I have redownloaded the app and the developer assumed I didn't have the data indicator on even though I did. I would be pleased to get some feedback and/or information about going forward.
