Hellow there is an amount that has been send to me someone I know purposely on the 19/03/2024 from standard bank to Capitec but until today it’s hasn’t reflected on my Capitec account I don’t know how long does it’s take to reflect.

Hi there someine has send me money on saturday(12/08/2023) at about 17:30 and it was a immediate payment and its standard bank to capitec  , until today i havent recieved anything yet , i have recieved a sms from standard bank and was also send a screenshot of payment .

EFTs to other banks take 2–3 working days.

Both may be delayed when processed over the weekend or on a public holiday.

Immediate payments are only permitted during the specified time. Any payment processed after that time will be processed as normal, and the above rules will apply.

Good day.

I made a eft payment from my Stdbank acc to my capitec acc yesterday morning round about 5:30am.

I could not select immediate payment because it was before six o'clock am. Previously when I did the same the money was in my Capitec acc that round about 17:00 the sameday.

Now it is not the case. Can you please assist. I need to make payments urgentlly.
