I received a settlement yesterday afternoon in my account. It is now frozen and I am told to wait for an investigation. My children are going hungry since im unemployed. I have been awaiting this money in order to make ends meet. How long does it take to contact the municipality and confirm the origin of the funds!? I am definitely changing banks.
