I also have the same problem. I did phone them and no one can help me. I keep getting told to call this number and that number. What can I do?

Changes to your password does not affect your Ucount Tile on the App. If you do experience any problems, you may call Ucount on 0860 826 868.

How to unlink UCount tile in the smartphone app.
I changed my password for my uCount account, now it doesn't show my points balance. I get an error that reads: We're having trouble retrieving your data
