I was at the branch on Monday uitenhage , I can't believe that the reasons I went their are still no solved as am struggling with the problem now

I was at the bank today for reset of mobile app was told to wait on opt pin but have not received yet tried to on my own now am unable to die to the email address that didn't want to load so I changed it yet no opt pin
