Kindly note that the sender needs to provide the PIN as it is not sent along with the voucher number. If you created the voucher, you can reset the voucher PIN on your app, though Internet Banking or at an ATM under ‘Manage vouchers’.

I received a money voucher and forgot to redeem it. It's still showing on my app. How will I know if it has been redeemed? Please advise. Regards Dee
