Just an opinion only: They're invested in the best of UK real estate, and whether or not there are other economic pressures, land, brick 'n mortar and good tenant covenants (leases) all constitute a solid foundation for a business (contractual income + security of capital + income & capital growth); in addition, have a look at the share price relative to its' NAV & you'll see that there's not as much disparity compared to balance sheets of other businesses... Maybe?

Also have a look at Share discussion former posts on this share.By the way i always place any comments under share discussion as then the thread lasts for up to a year and that allows for continuity.
