Change of OTP from sms to email

Good morning, @nhlapotankiso22.

 

Thank you for reaching out, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

Our self-service platforms allow you to switch your OTP from SMS to email.

 

It requires you to be DigiMe'd to be able to switch it.

 

Under settings on Internet banking, there's an option called "Manage OTP preference."

 

It allows you to toggle between SMS and email.

 

Should the email not be on any of your banking profiles, our team will not be able to assist.

 

Please send us the below documents to enable us to assist you further.

 

front and back of your card.

3 specimen signatures

copy of ID and passport

 

-A letter confirming the email address you need to change the OTPs to and the card number you use for internet banking.

 

Upon receipt of all correspondence, our team will assist you effectively.

 

Please confirm the email address you forwarded your documents to. If it's a different one from the one listed, please forward it to [email protected] for immediate assistance.

I have been trying to reset my OTP to go to email and have not been able to do this. I have sent all the documents that was requested but so far I am still not able to access my online account because I can not log in to my account as the OTP is still being sent to an cell number I do not have acces to as I am visting family in the USA. I really need help with this.

If you are unable to do so, we have supplied an email address where you can send your documents so that we can assist you further.
