Voucher SMS messages are received within seconds after the voucher has been successfully created.

 

If you created the voucher, you can check the instant money voucher number under Instant Money Manage.

 

To access it from the app, please follow these steps:

  • Open and sign into the Standard Bank App,
  • Click transact,
  • Select send,
  • Select and manage vouchers.

You can request that the sender provide you with the voucher number by following these steps to access their mobile app.

 

If the voucher is from a betting company, please get in touch with the company and request for the voucher to be resent.

It'my number to my husbands that I was sending to... How do I get help it's been 1 month and I can't get help for the four vouchers that I sent was like R800 altogether... I got the last 4 numbers of voucher time date, amount with ref no. Standardbank app not working on my phone.

To cancel a voucher, you can manage it through Instant Money in your app. Here's how:

  1. Open and sign into the Standard Bank App.
  2. Click on "Transact."
  3. Select "Send."
  4. Choose "Manage Vouchers."

If the voucher doesn't appear there, it may have been cashed out already.
