I have requested settlement quote as stated in the above instructions.

The amount stated in the settlement quote has been paid in full.

I am now in disbelief when I look at my vehicle account on the app to an outstanding amount of 24000.

I even called the call center as it states on the settlement letter to confirm all was correct before proceeding.

Please can this be handled and sorted out ASAP - irate customer.

Not helpful I no longer have account with Standard Bank and I settled my car finance in 2014 and I live in the UK now.I have tried to call several times but not successful.

To get your settlement.

From your home screen:

• Select vehicle asset finance account (car loan account) tile.
• Select get settlement quote under pay off your loan.
• Your settlement amount will be displayed, and a settlement quote will be automatically emailed to your email address. This quote will only be valid for 5 working days.

If you aren't registered for self-service banking, our VAF team can assist with the amount on 0860 000 000.
