How can I change card collection address?

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

You can reach out to our card team by calling 0861 201 000 and requesting for the card to be delivered to your preferred address.

If you are registered for self-service banking (Mobile app), please follow these steps:

• On your home page, click Manage.
• Click the card you want to change the delivery address for.
• Select and update the details as you desire.

Kindly let us know if you manage to update the details.
