Hi 

How long does it take to get a response froom a calim lodged. Its been 2 weeks now still no assistances to whats going on.

Thank you for getting in contact with us.

 

The feedback varies depending on how complicated the issue is from claim to claim.

 

The procedures listed below can be used to determine your claim's status:

1. Email
Send an email to [email protected]
2. Logging into Insurance Online
Click on "Sign into your accounts"
Select Insurance Online
Login / If not yet registered, you will need to register after clicking on login
Under the “My Insurance” tab, select "My Claims"
Select Policy to claim under
Select "New Claim"
Follow the prompts to load the claim
3. Use Standard Bank Mobile App
Sign into the App
Go to the Insurance Tile on your App
"CLAIM" will appear in the bottom right corner of the tile
Click Claim
Click the relevant policy
Accept the disclaimers
Follow the prompts to load the claim
4. Contact us on 0860 123 444
