Please note the ways in which you can log a claim.
1. Email: Send an email to [email protected].
2. Logging into Insurance Online
- Go to www.standardbank.co.za.
- Click on “Sign into your accounts.”
- Select insurance online.
- Login: If you are not yet registered, you will need to register after clicking on Login.
- Under the “My Insurance” tab, select “My Claims.”
- Select the policy to claim under
- Select “New Claim.”
- Follow the prompts to load the claim.
3. Use Standard Bank mobile app.
- Sign into the app.
- Go to the Insurance Tile on your app.
- "CLAIM" will appear in the bottom right corner of the tile.
- Click Claim
- Click on the relevant policy.
- Accept the disclaimers.
- Follow the prompts to load the claim.
