You might be currently on a different dashboard, and to check if it is not in any other dashboards, please follow the steps below:
After logging
Click more
Click switch dashboards
It could be that you have changed the card you initially registered with, and your puresave was not linking. To link your account, please dial 0860 123 000 option 3 then 4.
