To cancel a lost, stolen, or damaged SIM card, please access your profile at www.mobile.standardbank.co.za and select 'Replace my SIM' (SIM Swap).
Alternatively, you can call us at 0801 212 577.
Once requested, your current SIM will be soft locked, and a new SIM will be issued. You'll receive an SMS confirmation for your SIM Swap request.
Please be aware that there is a SIM Replacement Fee.
