Hi @Lucky242, you need to subscribe first before you can make payments to DHA. Here's how:
1. Log in
2. Click on trasnact
3. Under pay, click My Bills
4. Confirm the T's and C's by accepting
5. Search for DHA and subscribe before processing a payment.
6. Then process a payment.

You would have accepted the T&Cs the first time your entered My Bills on Internet Banking.
You will see any outstanding amounts under My Bills and only then be able to pay them. You will not be able to pay from My Bills unless an outstanding amount has been recorded there from the utility.

Good afternoon
How do I pay my bills online. I have set up a beneficiary but there is no option to pay them or T&C's to accept? No current info on the process either. Very frustrating.
