There was a debit amount off my credit card account of R3187.62 with the reference NOT PROVIDED FOR MARSH.
 
Unfortunately my salary came late and I didnt have the money in my cheque account to pay the amount needed for my credit card. Though when i was able to I had the amount in my cheque in order for it to be debited to my credit card, but it may have been too late.
 
Then i had realized that the amount had been taken out my credit card and has not returned.
Can someone explain where this money has gone?
 
I am currently overseas and cannot call, i desperately need this money.

Good afternoon,

 

I am currently overseas and registered both my cheque account and credit card for overseas usage way in advance.

For some reason my credit card does not seem to be working, im not sure if standard bank has blocked it for some reason but i need it unblocked as i desperately need the funds in the card. My cheque account is working but i have no money left and when i try log into my app it says the card information and pin is not registered but it is the correct information i have checked it more than once.

Please can you unblock my credit card and give me access to my internet banking.

 

I am unable to call, receive calls or receive sms’s for the otp number for online banking.
