I pay my credit card but still shows on credit score i used it offer the limit

Other than the balance, there are no transactions or payments reflecting on our online credit card statement. I see there have been several other complaints from customers complaining about the same problem in the last few weeks. I have emailed [email protected], as suggested in the replies, and have received no response. Has anyone managed to get this sorted out? In the meantime the statement balance is increasing, and I am not able to verify any transactions.
