My card has been blocked for a while now due to a fraud suspicions I have been contacting fraud department for a while and it seemed hopefully that the account will be unlocked but no response came from them

have spoken to the consultants about my account being locked... I have no Idea about why its for fraud.. I am waiting for the balance of R500 that a woman bought 3 dresses from me she paid in total R1050 balance 500 I sent her the dresses and I still didn't recieve the balance of 500 she has blocked me and I cannot locate her, now my account get frozen, how does that work when she owes me money yet my account is blocked. No proof of any sort or a call from the bank to ask me am I aware... My account just gets blocked for a woman that actually robbed me for R500 that is still owing to me.
How does one bank account get reported and locked and the person that actually still owes me money can use their account and now my account is messed up.
