I have a problem with my business account on the 19 December 2019 they've send R1,5 million into my account today today on the 24 December they told me that my account was close 6month ago so they can't help me but two weeks ago they gave me a statement they never told me that so I need to know what must I do because I went to 3 deferent Branch's but they can't assist me

I pd R3000 to a beneficiery at FNB. The account had been closed .The payment did not come back into my account and is sitting somewhere with STD.

I have been told I need to complete a form , pay R300 and wait 10 days for a reversal.

Surely this cannot be correct!???
