I've updated my files, I've made payment (four days ago) and it says that it's successful.
But when I try to select dates, it says I haven't paid and there are no available time slots

Hi,
I am, like many existing SB customers experiencing issues with the Home Affairs Booking function. I have tried everything suggested and still no luck. I will clearly need to go to a Home Affairs to do my biometrics, but since my application is complete online, and paid, will I still be able to collect my docs at this SB branch if I have selected that in my form?
Once again, I am shocked that SB has associated themselves with this type of service.
Any guidance, or help would be appreciated.
