For us to better assist, please tell us how did you request for a Sim replacement?
The process to follow when replacing a Sim card is as follows.
To cancel a lost stolen or damaged SIM, sign into your profile at www.mobile.standardbank.co.za and click 'Replace my SIM' (SIM Swap), or you can call 0801 212 577. Your current SIM will be soft locked, and you will be sent a new SIM.

Debit cards cannot be ordered and delivered face to face.
They are only collected inside the branch, and you need to be physically present inside the branch with your ID book.
The reason for this is to ensure that the card is handed to the right person and avoid any fraudulent activities that might occur.

Please ensure that you blocked your card to prevent any possible fraudulent activities that might occur on your account.
To block your card, you use the mobile app and follow the steps below:
Select manage.
Select cards.
select the card you want to block.
select report lost or stolen card.
Alternatively, you can contact our team on 0800 020 600 to block and reorder the card.
