EFTs between Standard Bank accounts take 0–24 hours.
It takes 2-3 working days for EFTs to other banks.
When processed on a weekend or a holiday, both may be delayed.
Fund reversals operate quite differently. You need to get in touch with our fraud team at Standard Bank so they can investigate.
You must complete an EAP recall dispute form from a different bank and send it to our administrative team for further assistance.
If the money was sent to a different bank, please share your email address, and our team can help.
