Yho.I am battling to make changes on my home loan debit account.i want to change my savings account debit order to a current account. But they rather asking me questions eg how many properties I own , name of shops I buy on credit.

Please note that home loan statements are only generated and sent to customers biannually.

 

There are ways in which you can get the statement of your preferred choice. Please see some below.

 

  • Log on to the app,
  • Tap on the tile that shows your home loan account details and balance,
  • Under "Your documents,"  select "view" and choose between a 3- and 6-month statement.

If your home loan is not added as a tile. Please follow the steps below to add it.

 

  • Log on to the app,
  • Click more
  • Click "open a new account."
  • Choose Home Loan
