Adding your account as a tile only gives you viewing access to your home loan account.
If you want to perform account transfers, you can either get in touch with our home loans team on 0860 123 001 and request that your account be linked or process a payment on your mobile app under the "Pay" option.
Should you decide to process a payment instead, you will use your account number as a reference. This way, your funds will be allocated to your account within 24 hours if they are from a Standard Bank account.
