Hi I'm brand new here. I have applied online via mobile app for a My Mo account. At the point of I'd verification it crashes and won't verify. I have registered on the mobile app, have my logins for my profile etc, do I need to register separately for Digime or someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or just not doing?
