EFTs to other banks take 2–3 working days. 

Both may be delayed when processed over the weekend or on a public holiday.

I made a scheduled payment on friday to my fiancé for the 11th December 2023. How long does it normally take to show in the account?

Thank you for getting in touch.

To download proof of payment, follow the steps below:

• Go to the home screen and select the account you made the payment from.
• Select transactions from the menu at the top of the screen.
• Select load more transactions to see more of your transactions.
• Find and select the beneficiary payment you made from your list of transactions. (Your beneficiary payment will be shown as: IB payment to.)
• Open the proof of payment menu options on the transaction details screen.
• Select send or download.

Good afternoon, I have made online payment to hollywoodbet using peach payment so the funds went out of my account but never reflected in to hollywoodbet account,so I contacted hollywoodbet unfortunately they need proof of payment to assist me and from my internet banking all payments I used via peach payment no proof ofbpayment as a record.please assist.
