Can someone please assist me as to I'm not receiving my notifications when I usr my card... I've phoned 5 times they keep saying everything on my profile is fine and activated. But i still don't receive my sms notifications when i swipe my card, but when i buy airtime from my mobile app i then do receive it.
Please can someone help as i would want to receive sms notifications for everything.

I been into the bank on Fri to get to the bottom of why I'm not getting updates on my account. My updates was deactivated then reactivated. Yesterday I got a notice it got deactivated again.(much 2 my horror) How can I activated it using the app.
