BHP Billiton announced today that it has signed a contract with the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) for the purchase of gas from the second phase of its Greater Angostura field. BHP Billiton will invest approximately US$400 million to construct and install a new gas export platform, expected to be online 2011 and has a design capacity of 280 million cubic feet per day. Also looking at going long. The share was stopped dead in its tracks last time it tried to break the 200 day moving average. Thinks its going to battle again after the share had such a hard run the last few days.
