The problem in EU is that nothing ever gets resolved, however the comments and the politician's responses are always very positive although serious commitments are ever made. EG. Greece is not meeting all austerity measures, China is funding EFSF and the world rallies

Totally. In fact, the EU might just re-define the words 'dead' and 'line' like they did 'default'. Could take months to clean up.

The only coherent bunch are the bond traders, who are waiting for a turn at the next target. Portugal will very likely be it. Greece et al are almost definitely just bluffing.
