If you initiated the voucher, you can conveniently track its status using Instant Money Manage.

 

To access it through the app, simply follow these steps:

  1. Open and sign in to the Standard Bank App.
  2. Navigate to "Transact."
  3. Select "Send."
  4. Choose "Manage Vouchers."

If you're waiting for the voucher number from the sender, here's how they can share it with you via their mobile app.

 

For vouchers issued by betting companies, reach out directly to the company and request a resend if needed.

Please let us know if you need any help with processing reversals or cancelling vouchers that were issued by a betting firm.

 

Kindly get in contact with the company and ask them to cancel the voucher.

 

We removed money from ATMs and simply assisted with pins.

 

Reversals must be reported to a betting company.
