I am unable to see my credit card balances or transactions on the Standard Bank Mobile App and also internet banking. The block for my credit card shows zero balances and it is greyed out so I am not able to go into it and view the transactions. This only happens with my credit card account - my other accounts are visible and accessible. Is there a problem with the credit cards? Or is the credit card information not available on the app and internet banking at a certain time of day?
