I misplaced my bank card so I sent myself money via instant money when I got to the Atm after inserting the pin and voucher number the Atm just froze. I cancelled and tried again 3 times then called the standard bank number on the atm but no one could help me. When I left the atm I gave a response that Sorry Atm temporarily out of service.My fear was to leave the Atm then my money comes out because the pin and voucher number was inserted already.please help me cancel that voucher

You can access at an ATM, on their cellphone (USSD), Internet and AccessPoints.

When you can go to a Spar:

• This is how it works:
• Visit any of our many cash-out partners
• Give the teller the voucher number you received via SMS
• Enter the PIN into the InstantMoney device
• The system will indicate the value of the matched voucher
• The teller will give you the cash value of the voucher.
