Instant Money unclaimed

I sent a voucher to someone in March 2018 and it has still not been claimed. The person is no longer in the country and I would like to retrieve this money. How do I do that?

When I try to “manage vouchers” on my profile, it only shows the last two vouchers created. There isn’t any sign of vouchers older than two weeks??
