OTP still being sent to phone and not email

We're sorry to hear about that.

 

There is a new feature that allows you to switch your OTP from SMS to email.

 

It requires you to be DigiMe'd to be able to switch it.

 

Under settings on Internet banking, there's an option "Manage OTP preference".

 

It allows you to toggle between SMS, and email.

On my internet banking profile my preferences have been set to email for OTPs. Yet my OTPs are still being sent to the cell phone number on my profile. I have been having this issue for years. I have been into branches, I have phoned and still the problem has not been resolved. This is unnacceptable. I travel often, my number changes. I am often left unable to make online payments. I need this resolved.
