Should you have any issues, please email us at [email protected] or Dial 135 from your Standard Bank SIM; alternatively, dial 0801 212 577 or 031 819 5321 from your mobile or landline.

 

Please let us know if you managed to activate the SIM.

How long does it take to port sim from mtn? Been over 72hrs now

  • You can port to Standard Bank Mobile by using our USSD menu *140# and selecting option 7, calling our call centre 0801212577 or logging into the Standard Bank Mobile website.

Should have any issues, please email us on [email protected] or Dial 135 from your Standard Bank SIM, alternatively Dial 0801 212 577 or 031 819 5321 from your mobile or landline.

I need to port my old number

Hi,

I just ordered my sim card today but then I chose port my number. I don't want that to happen, i would like a new number and leave my current number alone.

Is it possible to cancel my order or not allow my older number to be ported to standard bank?
