Good day, Members.

 

Thank you for writing to us.

 

Please go to your phone's settings.

  • Choose App,
  • Click on your Standard Bank app.
  • On permissions, please enable location.

 

Then sign on to the banking app, and you will be able to play the lotto.

 

Please note. The lotto can only be played when you are in SA; if you go abroad or are abroad, it will not be allowed due to Google Play Store policy.

 

Alternatively, you can use our cellphone banking or internet banking to play lotto.

I have same problem with banking app. Lotto icon dissapear when click on to.

I can do any transaction my heart desires on my mobile phone or my desk top computer. EXEPT PLAY LOTTO. There is someting wrong with your lotto app and i see from other users that i am not the only one and it has been going on for months. Asks for location which i have changed in the allow setting in settings. When you go back into the app the lotto icon disapears. Please resolve the problem or make the app more user friendly. I have not being able to play tonight and hopefully my weekly same played numbers do not get picked. TOTALLY FRUSTRATING.......
