Mobile App

The app is no longer working now if I dont have data but before it was working perfectly with no data. Why now? Kindly assist

This might have been the technical issue relating to service provider. Please note that you can use your app without data or airtime, should this matter persist you can contact us via email with your full account details and contact number for further assistance.
