Naedo debit order- unauthorised

Every month there is a debit going off my account- called Bol naedo debit. I know other customers have had the same experience, yet the Standard Bank website is so hard to get in touch with someone, with an online secure message- I'm overseas, so difficult to just pick up the phone with time difference.  And even then the wait on hold becomes expensive. Its unacceptable. I would like someone to contact me immediately on this please.
