I can't increase my monthly limit on the app or online

I have to make a payment today, and can't make it to the bank. I tried to increase my limit on the app to accommodate this payment and I keep getting a popup that says the service is unavailable online and on the app. 

Please don't tell me that service that made big payments convenient has been scrapped and I now have to go to the bank every time I need to change my limit.

We've temporarily stopped the functionality that allowed you to increase your EAP limit on the app. You can however do so via the new online banking, via the call centre (0860 123 000), or in branches.
