Hello
I just cancelled a voucher now and the money has not yet reflected in my account so I don't know how long does it takes kindly assist.

Hello @dynestsupplyTLD,

 

In the event that you cancel an Instant Money voucher, the funds should be reversed and reflect in  your account immediately. Should this not be the case, can I ask that you contact customer care on 0860 123 000 or forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "cancelled a voucher " so that we can look into this and assist you further.
