I can imagine your frustration on this. The EAP limit is functional via Internet Banking provided that you have activated EAP limit with branch already or contact center. If the EAP limit was not activated you won't be able to make use of this feature. To activate you can contact us here: 086 123 0000 or visit the nearest branch for further assistance.

i tried using the internet banking the way it was explained , but i was still told to go to a branch to increase my EAP limit

Hi,
I am feeling super frustrated.
I installed the app and suddonly all EAP limits are at R0 which they were not before.
I tried adjusting the limit as per your recommendation and it says that I have to go into my bank.
I work from 8-5; so can now only go in on the weekend and need to make payments this week.
What can be done to do this electronically so that I do not have to visit a branch?

The monthly EAP limit includes all transactions whereas the daily limit includes the till points and withdrawals.

Does my EAP limit also mean for actual card payments and swipes at till points? Or does EAP only refer to internet transfers?
If it does not include card payments at till points, how would I increase that limit?
