Hello There,
I am still unable to access this feature for what will soon be more than a year.
I received this response from the bank. PLEASE NOTE THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN THE WAY IT IS FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS. I HAVE SEVERAL UNRESOLVED BUT CLOSED COMPLAINTS"

I received feedback that there’s still an issue linking the VAF account on the App.
IT is aware of the issue, and they are looking into the matter.

If you are thinking of moving to Standard Bank - run far away.

You can view your VAF account on our banking app by adding it as a tiles. To do so, click more, open a new account, scroll down to adding VAF account. Alternatively, you can contact VAF team on 0860 000 000 for assistance.

Great app, this helps me a lot to control every single cent when I pay monthly for my new acquisition, a 2019 Nissan Navara that I Finance with Money Expert The best rates I have found here, 2%. Moreover, this car worths the money even if I pay repayments almost 700 monthly. It's roomy and comfortable, a real car for a real adventurer. About safety no words, seven airbags great enough. It appeals to me and I highly recommend it if you like a car and you want it, buy it. Don't hesitate, and buy it even you have to finance it.

Hi, can I check my vehicle finance online also or only on the mobile app? When I registered on the mobile app I typed in my ID number to link the vehicle and is said no vehicle finance is linked to me? But it was financed through Standard Bank?

Good day,
When I did as instructed, I was briefly able to see my vehicle finance tile in the app. However, it subsequently disappeared suddenly, and since then I have been unable to access it again. When I try to add the tile via the "explore products" tab, it says the tile is already added, when it clearly isn't.

Have you linked your VAF account with your transactional account? If not you need to contact the self service helpdesk for assistance with linking the accounts so that you are able to view the VAF dashboard.

Once you have done this, you will notice that your VAF account is automatically added, and available as a “ghost tile” on the homescreen. Simply tap the ghost tile to activate your VAF profile on the App.
